Navigate360 Student is a free app that connects 91调教 students with their advisor, campus support, and important deadlines. It鈥檚 designed for your phone but you can also access it on the web.

Navigate360 creates one space for students to make appointments, view class schedule details, connect to academic support resources, and more.

When you use the app you can:

• Stay ahead.See what to do each term, with links to the resources you need. You can even add your own to-dos and reminders to ensure you stay on top of every detail.
• Get help faster.Find the offices and people who support you and book appointments that sync to your phone鈥檚 calendar.
• Reach out.Now students have the option to use a feature called 鈥淗and Raise鈥�. This allows students to virtually raise their hands and seek out resources or connections related to certain topics.
• Connect with Classmates. Study Buddies is a Navigate360 feature that allows classmates to connect and form study groups and share resources.

Numalink is your hub for campus events and activities at 91调教. Navigate360 Student focuses on your academic life allow you to easily schedule time with advisors, be alerted of deadlines, financial holds, and connect with the people who support you. Most students will use both.

The mobile app is not required, but Navigate360 is the platform used for booking advising and other campus department appointments. If students do not have the mobile Navigate360 app, this can be accessed in a web browser.

Zero, nada, zilch. It costs nothing for you to download Navigate or use the desktop version. However, that doesn鈥檛 mean that your friends at other schools can download it too鈥搘e specially partnered with Navigate to customize it for your 91调教 experience.

Only you and the 91调教 staff who support you, like your advisor or Student Success and Retention team leaders can see your Navigate360 Student information. Classmates see only what you choose to share through Study Buddies.

Download Navigate360 Student from the or , search for 91调教 鈥� Fort Smith, and login using your 91调教 username and password. The quick start guide will walk you through setup step by step.

Open Appointments, select the appointment, and choose cancel. Then book a new time that works for you.

Your assigned staff appear under Resources on the People tab. If your advisor is not listed, double check your success team in Workday. If you have questions or cannot locate your advisor or success team in either platform, you can contact NavigateFREEuafs.

Can you get to the school鈥檚 Sign-on webpage? If you get this far but your credentials are rejected by your university鈥檚 sign-on page, there is an issue with the school account. Try resetting your password.

If the Nav360 mobile app does not accept your university login credentials please contact the 91调教 Service Desk at 479-788-7460 or techsupportFREEuafs.

Try a hard close and relaunch the app.

• For iOS, double click the Home button then swipe the app preview away to 鈥渉ard close.鈥�
• On Android, open the app manager view and slide the app preview away to 鈥渉ard close.鈥�

Your most accurate hold information will be in Workday. You can always check Workday to see your current hold status. However, if in 24 hours you do not see the updates reflected in Navigate you can reach out to WorkdaystudentFREEuafs.

In the Settings tab, you can personalize your notification preferences.

We encourage you to turn push notifications on for this app. If your appointment location changes, action is needed, or other pending items are added your account having notifications on helps you be in the know.
