Journeys
Journeys are a set of tasks, items, or notifications that are shared with students in the Navigate App to guide them through campus processes, increase knowledge of campus or academic resources, or share and assign specific action items.
Holds
Holds are placed on student accounts to indicate pending required action. A hold may be placed on an account for reasons such as required advising meetings, an unpaid balance, requested documentation needed by the university, etc. The office that placed your hold can generally have it removed. In Navigate, you can see hold reasons and the resolution actions. Hold details can also be viewed in .
Appointments
91调教 Academic advisors, Financial Aid staff, and other student services offer in-person and virtual appointments. Your academic advisor will be in contact with appointment scheduling links during peak advising season and will have availability throughout the year. Other student service areas like Financial Aid, Student Success and Retention, Career Services, Academic Coaches and more also have regular appointment availability in Navigate.
When you select the Appointments icon, you鈥檒l see upcoming appointments, past appointments, and your Success Team. Once here, you can also select the blue button in the top right 鈥淚 need help with...鈥 to find appointment availability with other campus services.

When clicking on each course, the student will see the course description, meeting dates and time, instructor, and location. Locations are also linked to map features, so if you need directions just click into the location and directions will open on your phone鈥檚 map app.
Resources

- The People resources help connect students back to their Academic Advisor or their Instructors.
- The Places are a mix of campus offices and administrative services as well as dining, safety, wellness and more.
