Navigate360 Quick Start Guide
Five minutes is all it takes. This guide walks 91µ÷½Ģ ā Fort Smith students through downloading Navigage360 Student, logging in, and using the tools that help you book advising appointments, track deadlines, and get help when you need it.
Download and Log In
- Download Navigate360 Student from the or .
- Search for 91µ÷½Ģ ā Fort Smith.
- Log in with your 91µ÷½Ģ username and password.
- Review the short tutorial and choose your notification settings.
On a computer? Go to and log in with your 91µ÷½Ģ credentials.
Make an Appointment
To schedule appointments, click the Appointments icon on the left navigation menu and answer questions about your preferred service, date, time, and location.
Other Appointment Options
You can also view drop-in times or request appointment times for your preferred service.
Appointment Invitations
Your Success Team (assigned advisors, instructors) may also request you meet with them. When this happens, you receive an appointment invitation where you only need to choose a time that works for you.

Set Up Notifications
- Choose the Account button on your app or on the desktop site.
- Select Notification Settings. Scroll to find content categories such as Study Buddies.
- Select your preferred method of notification.
NOTE: You can select as many notification methods as desired, but you receive multiple notifications if you choose more than one.
- If you select the Text option, ensure that your cell phone number is accurate in Navigate360. You can do this by choosing Edit next to Add Your Phone Number.
Track your To-Dos and Deadlines
Your to-do list shows what to do each term, from registration to finals, with link to the resources you need. Check off tasks as you finish them and add your own to-dos.

Check for Holds
Holds, like an unpaid parking ticket or an overdue library book, can keep you from registering for classes. Navigate360 notifies you when you have one and shows you how to resolve it.
Hand Raise
Let your campus know that you are looking for more information or need additional assistance by āraising your handā. This can be accessed either by tapping the ā+ā sign on the top right of your screen or by selecting the Hand Raise icon on your home page.

Resources
See a list of important services and locations on campus. The People tab shows a list of your assigned staff, e.g., advisors and instructors. Click the heart icon to favorite a resource. You can find your favorites in Settings>Favorites.

View Your Class Schedule
See your course schedule at a glance or get additional details such as meeting time, location or instructor.

Join Study Buddies
Identify classmates who are interested in group study and access their contact information directly in the app.
- Opt-in to Study Buddies for the courses you would like help in.
- Once other students have opted in to Study Buddies, select the names of the students you want to contact.
- You will be directed to email these students.
Journeys
The Journeys feature in Navigate360 Student helps you understand and complete essential steps towards their goals. Designed to extend beyond mere course planning, these Journeys empower you to focus on proactive, forward-thinking milestones crucial to your college experience. The main Journeys page displays nay current Journeys that you have added for yourself or those that have been assigned to you by staff. Feel free to add additional Journeys by selecting Explore All Journeys.
AI Assistant for Students
Navigate360sās AI Assistant for Students is an Ai-assisted chatbot for you to use 24/7. Feel free to ask the Assistant questions related to Advising, Upcoming Events and more. Your feedback matters, use the thumbs up or thumbs down icon. If you do not like the answer and give a thumbs down, you can also give specific feedback about why.
