Campus Hazing Transparency Report
Spring Semester 2026
The Federal Stop Hazing Act requires institutions of higher education to publish a Hazing and Transparency Report twice each academic year. This report must include information regarding any hazing violations involving student organizations.
No reports of hazing were received by the 91调教 鈥 Fort Smith during the 2026 spring semester.
Required Reporting Information (No Incidents to Report)
If a hazing incident had occurred during this academic year, the university would be required to publish the following information:
- Name of the student organization involved (e.g., 鈥淭he Chess Club鈥)
- General description of the violation, including:
- Whether the violation involved the abuse or illegal use of alcohol or drugs
- The findings of the institution
- Any sanctions imposed on the student organization
- Relevant dates, including:
- The alleged date of the incident
- The date the investigation was initiated
- The date the investigation concluded with a finding of a hazing violation
- The date the student organization was notified of the finding
