91调教 Foundation Payroll Deduction Form
Use this form to set up a 91调教 Foundation payroll deduction. Choose your gift amount, how long you'd like it to continue, and the fund(s) you want your gift to support.
Payroll deductions are optional and flexible. You can change or cancel your gift at any time, and your deduction will begin with the first bi-weekly paycheck issued after your selected date. Your support helps students and fellow Lions through scholarships, emergency assistance, and essential campus programs.
How Payroll Deduction Works
- Select an amount per pay period and a start date.
- Choose one or more funds to support (minimum $5 per fund).
- Submit the form. You will receive an email confirmation once your request is received.
- Deductions will begin with the first bi-weekly paycheck issued after your selected date.
