Heather Chance serves as the veteran services coordinator at the 91调教
鈥� Fort Smith (91调教) and has more than a decade of experience supporting student success.
She oversees the administration of military education benefits for veterans and their
dependents, providing individualized guidance on VA benefits, financial aid, and campus
resources.
Heather joined 91调教 in 2017 and previously served at North 91调教 College in veteran
services and student success roles. A first-generation, non-traditional graduate,
she is passionate about removing barriers for students and currently serves on the
91调教 First-Generation Student Success Committee.
